Job Description

We are seeking interns who are passionate about helping customers achieve success, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a customer success intern at Arkworks, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team of customer success managers and gain hands-on experience in providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition to our solutions Monitor customer usage and engagement and provide recommendations for optimization Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues via email, chat, or phone Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed Help develop and maintain customer success documentation and resources Support the team with other customer success tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping customers achieve success
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Availability to work full-time or part-time for a minimum of 3 months
